Welcome to DostPost. DostPost.com lets you share your dreams and meet people who can help you achieve them. The DostPost service is operated by DostPost organization ("DostPost"). By using the DostPost web site (the "Web site") you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this "Agreement"). If you wish to become a Member, pursue your dreams, communicate with other Members and make use of the DostPost service (the "Service"), read these Terms of Service and indicate your full understanding and acceptance of them by following the instructions in the Sign Up page.

This Agreement sets out the legally binding terms of your use of the Web site and your membership in the Service. These Terms of Service may be modified, changed, added to, or deleted by DostPost at any time and without prior or further notice, and such modifications are to be effective upon posting by DostPost on the Web site. This Agreement includes DostPost's acceptable use policy for content posted on the Web site, DostPost's Privacy Policy, and any notices regarding the Web site. It is your responsibility as a Member to monitor these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to abide by these future Terms of Service please do not access or use the Web site.

Eligibility

You must be 17 years old or over to register as a Member of DostPost or to use the Web site. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited. By using the Web site, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into this Agreement and to abide by all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement. DostPost may terminate your status as a Member at any time, for any reason.

Non Commercial Use by Members

By registering you understand that the Web site is available for your personal, non-commercial use only. Commercial organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not use the Service or the Web site for any purpose. You agree that no materials of any kind submitted through your Member account will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights; or contain libelous, defamatory or otherwise illegal material.

You agree not to collect any type of contact information of Members from the Web site by electronic or other means for the purposes of sending unsolicited emails or messages or engaging in any other unwanted communications. Furthermore, you agree not to use automated scripts to harvest information from the Web site for any purpose whatsoever. You agree not to use the Web site in any illegal manner or in any other manner that could damage, disable, overburden or impair the Web Site. Any unauthorized use of the Web site for any purpose is illegal. Any unauthorized framing or linking to the Web site will be investigated, and fitting legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.

Proprietary Rights in Content on DostPost

DostPost owns and retains all proprietary rights in the Web site and Service, including but not limited to design, text, graphics, arrangement, and other files (the "Content"). The Web site contains copyrighted material, including Web links and individual data, trademarks, and other proprietary information of DostPost or its licensors. All rights reserved. Except for that information which is in the public domain, The Content may not be modified, copied, performed, distributed, framed, reproduced, republished, downloaded, displayed, posted, transmitted, or sold in any form, or by any means, in whole or in part, without Web sites prior written permission. Portions of the Content may be downloaded or printed solely for personal, non-commercial use, provided that you keep all copyright or other proprietary notices intact. You may not republish Content on any Internet, Intranet or Extranet site or incorporate the information in any other database or compilation. Any other use of the Content is prohibited.

All trademarks, logos, trade dress and service marks on the Web site are either trademarks or registered trademarks of DostPost or its licensors and may not be imitated, mimicked, copied, or used, in whole or in part, without the prior written permission of Dost Post.

Member Conduct

You agree not to use the Web site to:

• post, email, upload, transmit, or make any content available that DostPost deems to be harmful, abusive, threatening, harassing, vulgar, obscene, hurtful, hateful, on terms of race, ethnicity, class, gender or otherwise;
• You agree to not impersonate any person or entity, or to falsely state or otherwise misrepresent yourself or your affiliation with any other person or entity;
• post, email, upload, transmit, or make any content available any unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, "spam," "junk mail," "chain letters," "pyramid schemes," or any other form of solicitation;
• post, email, upload, transmit, or make any content available that contains software viruses or any other computer code, rules or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
• harass or make another member feel unsafe;
• use or attempt to use another's account, service or system without authorization from Web site, or create a false identity on this Web site;
• post, email, upload, transmit, or make any content available that promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, such as providing pirated computer programs or links to them, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files;
• post, email, upload, transmit, or make any content available that contains restricted or password only access pages, or hidden pages or images;
• post, email, upload, transmit, or make any content available that is pornographic or sexually explicit as determined by the sole discretion of DostPost;
• solicit people you do not know to add you or accept you as a friend on DostPost

Member Content Posted on the Web Site

• You understand and agree that DostPost may review and delete any Content including dreams, messages, photos, or profiles that in the sole judgment of DostPost violate this Agreement or which might be illegal, offensive, or that might violate the rights, harm, or threaten the safety of Members.
• You are solely responsible for the Content that you publish or display on the Service, or transmit to other Members.
• Member Content posted to the WebNoyz and Project Vault section is licensed under the Creative Commons. Such Content will be subject to the Creative Commons Public Domain License, available at http://creativecommons.org/licenses/publicdomain/.

Copyright Policy

You may not post, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior written consent of the owner of such proprietary rights. Without limiting the foregoing, if you believe that your work has been copied and posted on the Service in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please email info@DostPost.com with the following information: an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest; a description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed; a description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on the Web site; your address, telephone number, and email address; a written statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; a statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Member Disputes

You are solely responsible for your interactions with other DostPost Members. DostPost holds the right, but has no obligation, to monitor disputes between you and other Members.

Privacy

Disclaimer

DostPost is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Web site or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Web site, Members, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. DostPost is not responsible for the conduct, whether online or offline, of any user of the Web site or Member of the Service. DostPost assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or Member communications. DostPost is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email or players on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site or combination thereof, including injury or damage to users and/or Members or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in connection with the Web and/or in connection with the Service. Under no circumstances will DostPost be responsible for any loss or damage, including personal injury or death, resulting from anyone's use of the Web site or the Service, any Content posted on the Web site or transmitted to Members, or any interactions between users of the Web site, whether online or offline. Limitation of Liability

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold DostPost, its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, and other partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above.

Other

This Agreement, accepted upon use of the Web site and further affirmed by becoming a Member of the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and DostPost regarding the use of the Web site and/or the Service. The failure of DostPost to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect. The section titles in these Terms of Service are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.
